Great Service, What a great service we had only paid our entry visa hadnt even got luggage when our driver arrived help us with getting through customs check points etc amazing. Our second family!! We are 2 couples and we went for honeymoon at Hurghada. Best Ever, Ok... if anyone considered taking a transportation from or to airport, this is IT. I visited Hurghada 2 times a year, for 9 years till now, every time I booked my rides with different online transfer vendors globally and locally in Hurghada, really this time i feel more than happy, I decided to try a new vendor, and I chose Smile Tours. I booked my ride through their website easily and smoothly, pay with my visa, received a confirmation email attached with my ride invoice, 5 minutes later I received a WhatsApp message from their business account to confirm again with me. Once I landed Hurghada and get out from my plane I saw my sign name with a friendly smiley representative with Smile tours logo, welcomed me and in 12 minutes I was out of the airport with my luggage and my family ( It is one of my dreams to not wait in the long lines waiting my luggage and passport and entry visa ) I also recommend theirAirport VIP service, the driver also is welcoming us and in 15 minutes I arrived my hotel. Fabulous service We were at Birmingham airport staying overnight, before our Thomas Cook flight to Marsa Alam the next day, when at 2 am news broke of the collapse of Thos.Cook. I immediately rang the Tui Duty Office, and got the last 2 seats on a flight to Hurghada (very lucky) I then at 2.45am sent a WhatsApp message to Smile Tours to see if they could pick us up later that day at Hurghada, and take us down to Marsa Alam. I got a reply straight away.... and the transfer was arranged!.... what service!! The vehicle was up to date, spotless clean, and the driver was very friendly. The driver was on time as arranged for our return transfer, a different driver and again very friendly. As we had no paperwork for our flight back to the UK, he went out of his way to make sure he was dropping us at the correct terminal, and left us in the safe hands of a Tui rep. Thank you Smile Tours you gave us the best service ever.
