Would highly recommend for an airport transfer. It was our first time in Hurghada and was a little skepical about pre-booking a transfer from the airport as we didn't want to get ripped off or left high and dry waiting at the airport etc.... I did a google search before we left the UK and smile tours popped up, so made an enqiry. The price for a private taxi was half the cost of the coach transfer price quoted by our holiday company so decided to go for it. When we got to the exit doors at Hurghada airport, the very friendly driver was there with a big name card, he took our luggage, loaded it into the car and we were on our way to the hotel. Took around 20 mins, which was excellent as it was early hours and we were very tired. Would definately use again and would recommend to others

Booked Smile Tours for my transfer from the Airport to the hotel and the service was amazing. They had visas so no need to wait in around. Still had to do customs of course. Went straight past some other people waiting to be checked after customs and to the car. Nice car as advertised and straight to the hotel with no problem what so ever. Even booked quad bike trip with them and that was really good. I have now booked my transfer back to the airport as so impressed with the service and so easy to arrange things on WhatsApp with them.
Great service We used Smile tours for transfers and they were great. We were very late coming out from airport and they waited for over 1 hour. Drivers were very professional and competent.
